Stretch-eze® Seconds are bands with slight fabric deviations that were substituted during COVID restrictions.  They are close in performance but tend to run a little smaller than the originals.  These are available at a reduced price and are not returnable.

The following table is our suggested best size for height.  There may be some variation for body type and desired resistance.

Sizes are based on moderate resistance and average body type. 

X-Small

4' 0" to 4'10"

(122-147cm)

Small

4' 11" to 5' 1"

(147-157cm)

Medium

5' 1" to 5' 5"

(157-170cm)

Tall

5' 6" to 5' 9"

(170-180cm)

X-Tall

5' 10" and over>

Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for use with adult supervision. Though we use the finest materials available, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury. The user assumes all risk of injury.
 

We have a one year warranty on all of our products.

Returns

If your purchase was within 30 days email us at  orders@dyenamicmovement.com with order #, and proof of purchase with date for return authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There is a $5. restocking fee. Upon confirmation send your item to:

Please do not send your purchase back to the address on your box or envelope. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  It can sometimes take 1 week for the refund to process.

Exchanges for Damaged Goods
We replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Send us an email at orders@dyenamicmovement.com along with all information you have (a picture is preferred). We will give you the address where to send it upon review of damage. Once received we will send you a replacement.
